Fixic Health (“we”, “our”, or “Fixic Health”) operates the Fixic Health mobile application on Android and iOS (the “App”). This Privacy Policy describes how the App collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect
Health and usage data The App stores the following on your device:

Glucose readings – value, date/time, source (e.g. meter, manual), context (e.g. before/after meal), optional notes, tags, mood, and unit (mg/dL or mmol/L)

Medications – names and types you enter

Reminders – times, days, labels, and whether they are enabled

Reminder logs – when you interact with reminders (e.g. dismissed, snoozed)

Paired devices – identifiers (e.g. MAC address) and names of glucometers you connect via Bluetooth
Technical and device data

The App uses Bluetooth to connect to your Fixic glucometer and read glucose data.

On Android, the App may request location (or “nearby devices”) permission where required by the operating system for Bluetooth scanning; we do not use location for tracking.

The App may request notification permission to show reminders and alerts.

The App uses internet for loading product information (e.g. store feed).
We do not sell your personal or health information.
3. How we use your information

Provide the App – Store and display glucose readings, medications, and reminders; connect to your glucometer via Bluetooth; and send local reminders.

Improve the App – Use data in an aggregated, non-identifying way for analytics.

Legal and safety – Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect rights and safety.

Background modes – Stay connected to your meter in the background.
6. Data sharing and third parties
We do not sell or rent your data, nor share it with third parties for marketing.
7. Data retention and deletion
On your device – Data remains until the App is uninstalled or data is cleared.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
