The Fixic Health mobile application is operated by NEOLOGIC PRODUCTS LP, a limited partnership, under the trading name Fixic Health (“Fixic Health”, “we”, “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Fixic Health. By downloading, installing, or using the Fixic Health mobile application on Android and iOS (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Account

  • Creating an account is optional. If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. License to use the App

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the applicable app store rules (e.g. Google Play, Apple App Store).
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App or its content, or use it to build a competing product or service.

3. What the App does

The App is a diabetes and blood glucose management tool that allows you to:
  • Record and view blood glucose readings (manually or from a compatible Fixic glucometer via Bluetooth).
  • Manage medications and set reminders for glucose checks and related tasks.
  • Optionally create an account and sync your data (readings, medications, reminders, paired devices) across devices using our cloud service.
  • View product information and links to purchase Fixic Health products (e.g. strips, lancets) from third-party retailers.
The App is for informational and tracking purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment (see Section 6).

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only in a lawful and reasonable way. You will not:
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, our systems, or other users’ accounts or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure.
  • Use the App to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful or abusive content.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content except as we explicitly allow.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

5. Bluetooth, device pairing, and data on your device

  • The App uses Bluetooth to connect to compatible Fixic glucometers and read glucose data. You are responsible for using compatible hardware and for the accuracy of data received from your device.
  • Data you enter or that is received from your meter (e.g. readings, timestamps) is stored on your device and, if you use an account and sync, may be sent to our servers as described in our App Privacy Policy.
  • We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or safety of third-party glucometers or other hardware.

6. Medical disclaimer

  • The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is a personal tracking and reminder tool only.
  • Always follow your healthcare provider’s advice. Do not change medication, diet, or treatment based solely on the App. In an emergency, contact emergency services or your doctor.
  • Glucose readings and other data in the App may be inaccurate due to device limits, user input, or sync issues. You use the App and any data in it at your own risk.
  • We are not liable for any health or medical decisions you make based on your use of the App.

7. Store and third-party links

  • The App may show product information and links (e.g. “Buy” or “Buy now”) that take you to third-party websites (e.g. retailers). Those sites are not operated by us; their terms and privacy policies apply.
  • We do not process payments or fulfil orders in the App. Any purchase is between you and the third party. We are not responsible for pricing, availability, delivery, or disputes related to third-party purchases.

8. Cloud sync and account termination

  • If you use an account and sync, your data is stored and processed as described in our App Privacy Policy. We may use third-party service providers (e.g. Supabase) to operate the service.
  • You may delete your account and associated data through the App (e.g. in Settings or account management). We will handle deletion as described in our Privacy Policy and internal procedures.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the App if you breach these Terms or for other legitimate reasons (e.g. security, legal compliance). Where reasonable, we may give notice first.

9. Updates and availability

  • We may update the App (e.g. new features, bug fixes). Some updates may be required to continue using the App or sync. App store rules may apply to updates.
  • We do not guarantee that the App or sync will be available at all times or in all regions. We may discontinue or limit features with reasonable notice where feasible.

10. Intellectual property

  • The App, its design, text, graphics, logos, and other content we provide are owned by NEOLOGIC PRODUCTS LP (or our licensors) and are protected by copyright and other laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App.
  • “Fixic Health”, “Fixic”, and related names and marks are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

11. Disclaimers

  • The App and any sync service are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement), except where they cannot be excluded by law.
  • We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that data will be complete or accurate.

12. Limitation of liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEOLOGIC PRODUCTS LP and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or cost of substitute services) arising from or related to your use of the App or these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the App or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the App in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, fifty pounds sterling (GBP 50)).
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability; in those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NEOLOGIC PRODUCTS LP and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms or any law; or (c) your violation of any third party’s rights.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may change these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms in the App and/or on our website (e.g. at https://fixichealth.com/pages/app-terms-of-service) and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

15. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our App Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fixic Health regarding the App.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision.
  • Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, and you submit to that jurisdiction.
  • App store terms. Your use of the App may also be subject to the terms and policies of the app store from which you downloaded it (e.g. Google Play, Apple App Store). In case of conflict between those terms and these Terms regarding our relationship with you, these Terms govern to the extent permitted by the app store.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3–5 days. Expedited shipping takes about 2 days. Priority / One-Day shipping ensures next day delivery (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Refund will be given as money back or replacement (buyer’s choice). You must contact us within 30 days after receiving the item if you want to return your purchase. Buyer pays for return shipping.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are typically issued within 2–3 business days after we receive your item(s). Depending on your payment method, it may take 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Ordering

Can I cancel my order?


We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order begins processing or ships, it can no longer be canceled. You can, however, check your order status in Your Orders — if it hasn’t shipped yet, you may still be able to cancel it directly.Should the item(s) already be on their way, don’t worry — you can simply refuse delivery or return them after arrival for a refund. As a reminder, most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
