Go to Devices tab, tap the + button, and follow the pairing instructions. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.

Once your glucometer is connected, tap the Sync button on the Devices screen. Readings will be automatically imported.

Go to More → Units & Preferences. You can switch between mg/dL and mmol/L. All readings will be automatically converted.

Go to More → Notifications and make sure notifications are enabled. Also check your device Settings → Fixic Health → Notifications to ensure they are allowed.

On the Reminders screen, find the reminder you want to remove and tap the Delete button. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Discard the test strip and repeat the test with a new test strip. Wait until you see the flashing blood drop on the display before testing.

Discard the test strip and repeat the test with a new test strip. Make sure that you are using a Fixic test strip.

Discard the test strip and repeat the test with a new test strip. Make sure that only human capillary blood and Fixic control solution are used for the test.

Move to an area that is within the operating range for the meter. Let the meter adjust to this temperature for 20 minutes before performing a test.
